TLS Release, Companion and the Future

Big releases and announcements day today!

Release
The Lust Society v1.5 is now available for Public download on itch.io.
The Lust Society v1.6 is now available in Early Access for Patreon members.

The release of v1.6 marks a important milestone in the development the game.
With the addition of the Beatmeter, the Tease Controls and UI are complete, and the Tease Progress mechanics have been revised to lay the ground for the major game expansion that will arrive with v2.0.

TLS Companion
The Lust Society Companion is also being released to promote and finance the development of the main game.
TLS Companion is an overlay that provides the features of the TLS Tease Control Bar, including Intiface connectivity, and can be used to pace your tease or control your device while you watch a video on the internet, play on Milovana, or... well... do anything you do with your PC.
I want The Lust Society to remain free. But as its complexity grows - and greatly will in v2.0, see below - so does the time and cost it takes to develop it. This companion app is an entirely optional way to offset that cost for the time being.

Future Developments
The development of v2.0 has started!
It will take time - donate, become Patreon members, or buy the Companion! - but it will add many features with a story mode, NPCs that will influence your teases, and management mechanics that will let you "build the Society" to unlock more NPCs and features between one tease and the next!
Does it mean Version 1 is complete? No, you can expect v1.7 of The Lust Society in one month or so, as usual.
Version 1 releases from now on will mostly focus on maintenance, tweaks and minor additions.

TLS v1.5 - Public

• True Full Screen: The UI is now overlaid on the player, making it possible to play the video using every pixel on your monitor.
• Tease UI Overhaul: The UI has been reorganized and restyled to take up less space, be more intuitive, and support transparency.
• Tease UI Tooltips: These appear briefly to clarify what each control does during the tease. They can be disabled from the user preferences.
• User Request: Added "Repeat Last" functionality to automatically replay the last pattern, preventing the queue from becoming empty.
• Added In-Tease settings for better playback. TLS now provides:
  • Basic controls to Play/Pause and adjust the volume of the video.
  • A dedicated volume control for the metronome/beats. (user request)
• Added the Wave Pattern. It starts from the last intensity used and oscillates back and forth until it reaches the same intensity after 30s. Feedback needed!
• Added issue mitigation to auto-retry opening a video when the player library fails to do so. It attempts only once; retry manually if needed.
  

TLS v1.6 - Patreon Early Access

• Beatmeter. 'nuf said.
• Tease Gameplay Overhaul (in preparation of v2.0):
  • The Tease Progress Bar now keeps track of levels, with each level being progressively more difficult to complete
  • Full Video mode requires the player to reach at least level 5 (X5) to be able to move to the climax round
  • Segmented mode requires the completion of the current level to move to the next segment
  • Segmented mode will automatically move to the next segment only at the end of the current segment (provided the level is completed)
  • Segmented mode shows a Skip to Next option when the current level is completed, if the player want to move to the next segment before the end of the current one
  • Segmented mode now requires a video of at least 15:00 minutes and each segment is 2:30 minutes long
  • Full and Segmented mode have different difficulty algorithms, with Segmented being slightly more difficult than Full at the same level
• Revised the Tease Progress Bar graphics to be more sleek and indicate the current level
